A compact, double-tier hutch designed to give your small animals separate space to rest and move. The Residence creates a structured, secure environment while staying practical for everyday care.
Crafted from durable fir wood, chosen for its strength and stability, and paired with powder-coated wire mesh for airflow and visibility, it provides a solid structure built for outdoor use. The foldable ramp connects both levels, while the enclosed design offers protection and comfort.
Built to suit Australian conditions, it’s designed to handle sun and changing weather while maintaining a dry, well-ventilated space.

Really well made, the wire is thick and the wood feels solid. My two rabbits have plenty of room. Glad I didn't go cheap on this one, you can tell the difference in quality.
